The Community Marina is for the enjoyment of every member of LHCA and their accompanied guests. Access is restricted to slipholders between the hours of 11 PM and 5 AM.

Docking facilities (for members only) include 60 boat slips and one transit or guest slip ranging in size from 12' to 40' slips. The slips and the guest slip enjoy a comfortable 11' water depth.

For the residents who do not dock a boat at the pier, there is crabbing and fishing, or just walk in the afternoon or evening to get away from it all.

Adjacent to the pier is the boat-launching ramp. Keys to the ramp gate may be obtained from either membership or pier committee persons.

The pier launching ramp and parking area are maintained by the pier committee and other volunteers from the community. The pier is governed by the pier committee under the Board of Directors of LHCA. All vehicles parked at the pier must display a valid LHCA parking permit. Violators will be towed.
